Mefix tape is a special body adhesive tape used to put on top of henna paste once it has been dried. This tape has mini air pockets allowing the skin to breath and therefore prevents smudging, which cling film/seran wrap can create (however this depends on person to person and should not be used on very hot palms). You no longer need to worry about your henna paste flaking off or henna crumbs around your house/ in your bed. Simply stick this tape on top of a dried henna design and you can go about your day.
I personally use this for Jagua gel once it has dried to prevent any stains from transferring.
When you would like to remove the tape simply peel off or apply coconut oil/ olive oil to losen the tape. Tape should not be used with a sugar sealant as this could cause smudging in some cases.
