PRODUCT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in Safina Adam Henna products. Please carefully review these terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to all product(s) brought from “Safina Adam Henna” and the customer purchasing the product(s) provided by Safina Adam Henna or purchasing products from Safina Adam Henna.

 

1. Definitions 

1.1 “Safina Adam Henna” shall be defined as the business in which is supplying Henna and Jagua related products.
1.2 Products means Henna and Jagua related Products provided by Safina Adam Henna to the customer.

1.3 The Client’ means the individual or company purchasing henna products.. 

2. Application of the Terms and Conditions 

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to the sale of product(s) by Safina Adam Henna to the customer with the exclusion of amended terms and conditions in accordance with figure 2.2 

2.2 Safina Adam Henna reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice. The most up to date terms and conditions can be available when asked for or on Safina Adam Henna's website (www.safinaadamhenna.com) and it is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves aware of the amendments. 

2.3. All orders received by telephone, text email, website or social media to purchase product(s) shall be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

3. Communication
3.1 Safina Adam Henna’s preferred method of communication is by email info@safinaadamhenna.com

4. Commencement/ Completion
4.1 Safina Adam Henna will complete order(s) and purchase(s) ready for dispatch between 1-3 business days except bulk brought products which can take up to 7 working days, or orders outside England, Scotland and Wales (in which case all orders will be dispatched on a Monday to avoid products from perishing).

4.2 If products are needed in an emergency please contact Safina Adam Henna prior to purchase to ensure Safina Adam Henna will be able to post out product(s) in the time you require it. 

5. UK Delivery

5.1 Safina Adam Henna will post all orders within the UK via the customers preference stated on the website. Currently this is Hermes Next Day or Royal Mail First Class signed for. 

5.3 Safina Adam Henna will not be responsible for any deliveries posted out that do not reach the customer as this will be the delivery services responsibility and the customer's responsibility.

5.4. It is the customer(s) responsibility to check and ensure the correct details are provided e.g. name and address in order for Safina Adam Henna can ensure your post is delivered to the right address.

5.5 If the customer has provided the wrong information for the order and they have not contacted Safina Adam Henna before the order has been posted out then Safina Adam Henna will not be held responsible for the product(s) not received by the customer's and therefore it is the customer's responsibility to re-order the product(s) if they still would like the product(s). Refund will not be issued.

5.6 All orders will be dispatched based on the dates provided at the top of the shop pages.

5.7 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they store the product(s) of their order(s) correctly as stated on www.safinaadamhenna.com and on the information card provided with their order. 

5.8 All orders use delivery services that require a signature and tracking is in order to ensure that the customer receives the products. Not all services may require this due to COVID-19.

5.9 Safina Adam Henna will not be responsible for loss or damage to any parcels sent out, however Safina Adam Henna will try to help where possible.

6. Deliveries outside the UK

6.1  Safina Adam Henna does provide delivery within Europe and International. This is dispatched by Safina Adam Henna via Royal Mail's international Standard Tracked for all orders within Europe or those who purchase henna stickers. Alternatively Fedex Priority mail and similar services will be used for perishable items dispatched outside Europe to prevent perishing. All orders outside the UK will be dispatched with a business grade Ice Pack to help aid in the delivery of perishable items.

6.2 Safina Adam Henna will not be responsible for any deliveries dispatched that do not reach the customer. Orders posted outside the UK are at the customers risk. 

6.3 Orders outside the UK may incur charges such as custom taxes etc. Any charges occurred after purchase, including tax, by the country the customer resides in. is the responsibility of the customer.

6.4 It is the customer(s) responsibility to check and ensure the correct details are provided e.g. name and address in order for Safina Adam Henna can ensure your post is delivered to the right address.

6.5 If the customer has provided the wrong information for the order and they have not contacted Safina Adam Henna before the order has been posted out then Safina Adam Henna will not be held responsible for the product(s) not received by the customer's and therefore it is the customer's responsibility to re-order the product(s) if they still would like the product(s). Refund will not be issued.

6.6 All orders placed outside the UK will only be dispatched on Mondays. This is to minimise any delays.

6.7 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they store the product(s) of their order(s) correctly as stated on www.safinaadamhenna.com and on the information card provided with their order. 

6.8 Safina Adam Henna will not be responsible for loss or damage to any parcels sent out.

7. Pick Ups

7.1 Safina Adam Henna does provide a pick up service for those who would like to purchase products and pick it up from LE4.

7.2 Safina Adam Henna will provide available times and days for pick ups for those who would like to pick up and will notify the customer when the order is ready for pick up. 

7.3 Safina Adam Henna will not be responsible for not allowing access to the customer at the location provided if the customer does not adhere to the date and times provided to the customer and/if the customer attempts pick up straight after the order has been placed. Please understand that it takes time for orders to be made for the customer as well as it is a private home address and therefore access can not be granted 24/7.

8. Products

8.1 Customers must note that each batch of henna and jagua products may vary slightly in stain and consistency as there are some factors beyond Safina Adam Henna's control that may affect the slight difference. Every item is handmade.

8.2 Safina Adam Henna will provide an "instruction card" (which will direct the customer to Safina Adam Henna's website which has  the most up to date details on aftercare and tips etc) with all products brought and it is the clients responsibility to ensure they have read all the information and followed all the necessary steps to achieve perfect stains and allow the product to last the recommended time frame stated.

8.3  It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any products brought from Safina Adam Henna has been stored in the freezer to ensure the best outcome, longevity of the product and stain results. 

8.4 Safina Adam Henna has provided all the information needed for the customer to ensure the best stain results in the Aftercare section on www.safinaadamhenna.com however if all before and aftercare is adhered to email info@safinaadamhenna.com and Safina Adam Henna will work with you to ensure that, on the rare occasion there is an issue, that it can be resolved.

8.5 Safina Adam Henna will not be held responsible for any poor stain quality and/or result if it is due to the lack of adherence to the aftercare Safina Adam Henna has given to the customer via the Aftercare section of the website.

8.6 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they check if they or their clients are allergic to any of the ingredients used in Safina Adam Henna products.

8.7 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they or their clients carry out a patch test prior to using the product(s) as stated in the information card provided with the order and as stated several times on Safina Adam Henna's website www.safinaadamhenna.com

8.8 If the customer is unsatisfied with their product it is their duty to return the product via Royal Mail First Class and only if Safina Adam Henna tests that it is a faulty product then the customer will be issued a refund for the product(s) and the postage for the return.

8.9 Clients must note and understand that henna and jagua may stain differently on person to person depending on many factors including but not limited to: body heat, longevity of the application on the skin, aftercare, skin colour, if the wearer is on any form of medication etc. 

8.10 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they/ the person who is having the product applied are not allergic to any of the ingredients of each product. All ingredients for each item can be found on the shop items page. It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they apply a patch test to themselves or the person having the product applied. This is to prevent any allergic reactions to any of the natural ingredients within the products. Please note that just like any food allergy some may develop an allergy to the product. 

 

8.11 It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they wait 2 weeks (or longer if stated otherwise) after a patch test has been completed to ensure that the customer o the person having the product applied is not allergic. 

9. Returns

9.1 Safina Adam Henna does not provide returns due to the nature of the product and therefore all sales are finally, however if the product has been tested as faulty then Safina Adam Henna will issue a refund to the customer. 

9.2 If the order has not been sent out and the customer has chose to either cancel the order or change their order a refund will be issued from Safina Adam Henna to the customer.

10.2 All payments made on www.safinaadamhenna.com are made securely either by Paypal or via Credit/Debit card using Stripe.

11. Law 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English law and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
