Safina Adam Henna does not provide returns due to the nature of the product and therefore all sales are finally, however if the product has been tested as faulty then Safina Adam Henna will issue a refund to the customer.
If the order has not been sent out and the customer has chose to either cancel the order or change their order a refund will be issued from Safina Adam Henna to the customer. To do this please contact email@example.com with the email subject "Cancel Order".
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges can not be made once the order has been dispatched however if you would like to amend your order and exchange products within your order this can be done easily by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org. This can only be done if the products are not personalised nor dispatched.
