Delivery Information

What happens once I have placed my order? 

I will complete order(s) and purchase(s) ready for dispatch by the time specified at the top of the Safina Adam Henna website. Delivery times can be longer if orders are placed for delivery outside of England, Scotland and Wales (in which case all orders will be dispatched on a Monday only to avoid products from perishing).

If products are needed in an emergency please contact me prior to purchase to ensure I will be able to post out product(s) in the time you require it. The best way to contact me is emailing

I will dispatch all orders within the UK via the customers preference stated on the website. 

Before purchasing please ensure you check  the correct details are provided e.g. name and address to ensure your order is delivered to the right address.

International Delivery

I am currently only able to sell Tattoo Stains worldwide. If you have placed an order for Tattoo Stains your order will be dispatched on the dispatch date stated in the website banner. All international orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail tracked and signed to ensure they arrive safely to you. Please ensure you are aware of your countries duty taxes as you maybe charged a small fee upon delivery depending on the tax laws in your country which you will have to pay.

Returns and Refunds

Safina Adam Henna does not provide returns due to the nature of the product and therefore all sales are finally, however if the product has been tested as faulty then I will issue a refund to the customer. 

If the order has not been sent out and the customer has chose to either cancel the order or change their order a refund will be issued from Safina Adam Henna to the customer.
